Video game publisher Kai Cenat has been accused of inciting riots, inciting violence, and holding illegal meetings, an NYPD spokesperson said.
They added that it was a court decision to come out later. New York City Police Chief Jeffrey Maddrey told reporters earlier Friday that 21-year-old Kai Cenat had been removed from the area due to safety concerns.
