Major League Baseball is investigating social media posts featuring Tampa Bay shorthand Wander Franco, a 22-year-old All-Star who didn’t hit before the Rays’ Giants streak. The group flew to San Francisco. “During today’s game, we became aware of a social media post about Ranger Franco,” the Rays said on Sunday. “We take this incident very seriously and are in close contact with Major League Baseball to do due diligence.”
